We aim to respond within 2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Response times are estimates and may be longer during launches, promotions, holidays, or unusually high message volume.

We do not provide customer support by telephone. Social-media comments and direct messages are not monitored as official support channels and do not constitute notice to Bayou Beignet. Do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, bank details, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.
